Horrible place. They charge one person one rate and charge more for the same size unit to another customer. Then if you're late it doesn't matter if you stay in touch with them they cut your lock off and let the employees rummage through your belongings and take what they want then try to tell you they've been having break-ins. Horrible experience with lying people.

We were late 2 times in the year we rented there. When you're late they cut your lock off and replace with one of theirs until the account is paid. However, the second time they cut our lock off, items were stolen from our storage unit. We can only assume that they must have thought we were not going to come back? Idk know what they were thinking but when confronted about the theft they played it off like they had no idea. We feel taken advantage of. We have no way to fight this but if I could I would sue them! Its unfortunate when you're going through hard times and then this happens. Will never go back there.

Highly recommend NW Storage! They make it easy and convenient to get what you need and have an online portal to pay online for easy transactions. Everyone is very nice and helpful! Trailer storage and a storage units are both highly recommended!

This place was top notch, I won an auction unit there and from the very first phone call the manager was on it. She also heard some of my past concerns and she went over the top to let the right people know my concerns. North west storage you have a wonderful front desk employee and she gives the customer service that is needed. Thank you for your hospitality.
