I have used this storage unit for my parents property for a few years now and have had a mostly positive experience here at the unit on CZ road.
The biggest problem is rental increases. The rates go up $50 each year! Thats a 12% increase! Inflation is only 3% !
The woman who used to answer the phone was really polite and friendly and helpful. Today I got a call from a very rude employee named John. John called because I canceled my card for fraud reasons and my payment was 4 days late. His attitude was that I knew my payment was late. I didnt know! I got no email about it. In order to rectify the situation he said I have to go into the office and swipe my new card (which i haven't received yet) . I asked if I can do it online or on the phone abd he said no you have to come in . When I told him I have NEVER been into the office , I must have done it online or on the phone, he basically called me a liar. He hung up the phone abruptly wirhout saying good bye. This dude is rude and shouldn't be in customer service!!!

We would recommend the Scappoose location for anyone needing to store their excess belongings. It’s clean & safe. Christina is super helpful and friendly at the front desk.

I requested a change in unit to be more accessible to the outside door and without any fuss my unit was changed. Staff was pleasant, patient and very helpful.

The manager Kristina is very nice and accommodated my request/last minute storage space swap at NW Self Storage in Scappoose. The facility is very clean and easy to access and kept at a good temperature.

Worst storage unit ever they jack up your prices every month don't rent here RIP YOU OFF AND CUT YOUR LOCKS even after my husband tried to going in and make a payment AND THEY WOULD NOT ALOW HIM TO DO IT CAUSE HE WAS NOT ON THE PAPERWORK

We moved out of storage unit on Sept 9 2023, after paying $418 on Sept 1. I've been trying to talk to someone about getting a pro-rated refund on the rent (since we only used the unit for 9 days this month). I've called multiple times only to he told I will most likely not get a refund, but they will talk to their supervisor and call me back. It's been over a week now and there is still no resolution. I feel completely ripped off by Northwest. It's ridiculous to pay $418 for 9 days of storage.

Northwest self storage , we looked at other storage places none were business friendly as They were.Allowing us to use our unit for materials staging and storage. There are days we do not visit our unit other days multiple times.They did not have an issue with that.Clean , modern, and secure also a bonus.Oh , and they wave Hello every time we come in. Just a nice neighborly way.Maybe its just to us.For you it might be different ! Lol
