I had 3 accounts here and I wanted to add 3 accounts for my mother , who is disabled and can't come into the branch so I asked to set up fiduciary accounts for her. The new accounts person , looked at my trust documents and said they wouldn't be able to open the accounts because an attorney had rewritten the trust to follow Oregon Law and the bank said "show me where it says you can rewrite the trust " . Well , guess what... I hired an attorney who kept the exact same trust, but wrote that the trust now follows Oregon law. Thanks for making your customer feel like a criminal! I worked in banking for 15 years and opened plenty of fiduciary accounts for my customers and even taught my tellers how to open them. This bank is messed up! I went to another local CU who was glad to accommodate me and my mother. They didn't make her come in. My new bank is more professional and wants to serve their customer and i had a totally different experience with them.
Onpoint doesn't service their own credit cards so it takes days for a payment to show up. Forget trying to stop credit card mail from coming to your house. The credit card processor is difficult to work with too.
Then when I went to close my accounts, their printer was low on ink so it didn't print the micr encoding very well on the check. It wasn't even a negotiable instrument at my bank and I had to go back and get cash. I just found this bank to be very unprofessional in more ways than one.
They place acts like they are one of the big banks with their attitude. I'm not surprised they only have a 3 star rating.
I vote by taking my business elsewhere!

The staff is helpful and courteous. Jessie is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions when is came aboard. I look forward to my jorney with OnPoint!

This place isn't a real bank, they don't even accept coins with cash deposits. Do not waste your time coming here, although that is probably what the teller wants so they can sit on their phones instead of helping customers.

Always helpful and pleasant when I come in! If I have to bring in my children they always converse with them too and they love it. Always a pleasant experience!

Not a safe bank. They refuse to let me cancel my lost debit card. DO NOT BANK HERE
