I was in desperate need of a refreshing haircut. Lillie did an AMAZING job. She listened to what I wanted and paid attention to the photos I showed her and asked for clarity when I wasn’t being clear. We even got to talking about dying my hair and she was able to point me in the right direction of what I envision my hair color looking like. I am so appreciative of her and her skillset. My haircut turned out exactly how I wanted it to. I’m looking forward to my next hair dye appointment with her and having her work her magic on my hair in the future. Thank you, Lillie❤️

***The response from the owner isn’t an acceptable one. If a hairstylist is that far behind then the hairstylist should reschedule. Unacceptable to wait that long… No excuses…*** I went to see Lillie a second time for the same service; an all over color and cut. She does great work however this last time I was not happy with her time management. I arrived on time for my 1:15pm appointment. She was still working on another client when I arrived. She finished putting color on her client then she applied the color I picked on myself. As my color was setting she went back to the other client, she finished her other client by washing her hair, cutting her hair, and after blow drying the clients long hair I thought she would be done. I was wrong. She then waxed her clients eyebrows then finally she checked her client out. She then came to me to wash my hair, give me a trim, and blow dry. I didn’t leave the salon until almost 3:45pm. That is a ridiculous amount of time I had to wait on Lillie to attend to another client on my time than attend to myself. If a hairstylist can’t manage their time then I wouldn’t recommend over booking oneself. I won’t be going back. My time and money is valuable and I will go to another salon/hairstylist where I am respected.

Lillie is amazing, she has done my hair twice so far, I became a new client recently and I am very happy with her and the salon as a whole. I love my balayage and cut so much, I will continue to see Lille and support Salon Halloo.

I went to Salon Halloo for the first time a few days ago, and Lillie was wonderful! She was patient and considerate, and made sure to ask me what I wanted from my hair with and without product or heat, what my current routine was, what kind of products I prefer, etc. She was thorough and thoughtful, kind and compassionate. I have had a lot of bad haircuts (fine, thick, wavy/curly hair with multiple textures) and Lillie really made me feel seen and heard before, during, and after my experience at the salon. She also sent me home with product samples to try, and emphasized that if ANYTHING wasn't settling right in the next few days or weeks we could revise it, no problem. I'm thrilled to say that no revision will be necessary! I haven't been this happy with a haircut in years. I have never encountered a young stylist with such poise and grace, and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much, Lillie!

I'm so glad to be back at Salon Halloo. Felica is the best hair dresser I've ever had in both cut and color techniques. I'm constantly getting compliments on my hair.

I grew out my hair for over a year. I had long bangs and I wanted dog ears-long bangs and short in the back. She just chopped off my bangs and did what she wanted and ignored me completely. Now I look like an idiot and have to spend the next year growing out my bangs yet again. I look at my hair and cry. This stylist just did what she wanted and didn’t listen to a word I said. Extremely disappointing haircut and I won’t ever go back.

So I am new to the area and made an appointment here a few months back. Had a good experience, so I brought my son in. Had another good experience, so I brought my 7 year old autistic daughter in for her very first professional haircut. I do not believe this salon is meant specifically for kids, but I will never go to another stylist again. All 3 times, we worked with Lillie and she was beyond amazing. My daughter was very nervous, and a little scared. Lillie spoke to her throughout the whole process and eased all of her fears. Listened to what she wanted and gave her some extra wiggles when she needed them. The salon itself is VERY nice, with gorgeous decorations and a very welcoming feel. I literally cannot recommend this place enough, specifically Lillie. If y'all aren't going here, what are you doing? I'm not going to post any pictures of my children, but both children's hair looked amazing! You can really tell, watching Lillie work, that she is incredibly talented and passionate about her work. I was brought to tears today over how she treated my daughter. Absolutely phenomenal place with even better staff. Highly recommend, 10000000/10.
