I booked the Ivory Coast room for myself, my son and my grandson. We were very impressed with the architecture of the house. Beautiful, original woodwork throughout. The rooms are a bit small, but cozy and designed with thought and care. I wasn't sure about the (faux) lion's head mounted on the wall, but my grandson loved it. Even the bathroom was nicely done. My bed was very comfortable, but my son and grandson stated that their bed wasn't; one side lumpy and the other felt like laying on plywood. It did squeak every time someone moved or sat on it. Probably due for a new mattress and/or box spring. The breakfast, which is included in the price, was served in a homey dining area (we sat in the sun porch). While waiting for breakfast, we were served mini orange frosted cinnamon rolls. Frittata, bratworst (?) sausage and fresh fruit was served with coffee, variety of juices, and my grandson had hot cocoa. Good food good company and a beautiful turn-of-the-century style home. I would definitely stay here again. 4/5 stars only because of the bed.

The Scappoose Creek Inn is a lovely old farmhouse. It is well maintained and comfortable. Our room was immaculate. Each room is decorated in a different motif. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. And the breakfasts are gourmet quality and different everyday. I would highly recommend this Inn.

Great place to stay for Halloween Town or a day trip to Portland or Astoria. My girlfriend and I stayed here during Halloween weekend. We stayed in the Lewis and Clark room. We loved the theme and the private bathroom. I highly recommend staying here. It's quiet and comfortable. Very affordable. Sherry, the host is great. If I'm in the area, I would book here without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay here! We stayed in the Governor's Suite. The room was spacious and clean with plenty of windows for natural light. The bed was super comfortable too. The breakfast was one of the best parts--it was so good! The first day was savory, with a feta onion quiche and sausage with a side of fresh fruit. On the second day, we had apple cinnamon French toast with breakfast sausage. Coffee was excellent as well.Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Scappoose.

We had a wonderful experience during our visit at Scappoose Creek Inn. Sherry was very responsive with her communications prior to check-in and very accommodating during our stay. Very lovely home and they are warm and inviting. We were in town to visit the Spirit of Halloweentown (also recommend) and Sherry had great recommendations for things to do on our free day as we explored the area. The breakfast was FANTASTIC each morning and they even packed a "to-go" breakfast for us the morning we left since we had an early flight out. I would highly recommend a stay at Scappoose Creek Inn. We will definitely be coming back :)

Low prices, very friendly staff, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, and they were very inviting of my group of four after a fun night at the local bar. Very nice scenery around, I enjoyed the llama next to the building we were in! The room was just fine for our group and was a little stuffy, but having the windows cracked fixed that quickly. Definitely plan on coming back!

This is got to be the most historical and romantic places that one could ever stay at, not to forget to mention the cherry blossom drive on the property! The staff makes sure your stay is memorable! With low prices that are unlike the big brand named places and good food is provided too! Excellent place for a quiet get away!

Cute little B&B in a very picturesque location. The innkeepers are friendly, the rooms are clean, lovely, and well apportioned, and there is a nice kitchen area off the main lobby for guest use as well. A perfect spot for a quiet weekend getaway!

Nice place, quaint and quiet and good prices. Im giving 2 stars because of the communication with their customers. Our stay was for our wedding night. We reserved the cottage almost 4 in advance (during the covid freakout) then without a call or notice they assumed we didn't need it anymore because of covid and canceled our reservation. Then we called a few weeks out and they said they canceled it and gave it to someone else. Still stayed in the house and it was ok but disappointed that our wedding night wasn't as special as it could have been.

I flew into the Scappoose Industrial Airport, which services small aircraft (no jets flying over the Inn). It was an easy walk from the plane to the Scappoose Creek Inn, which is on a beautiful piece of property. I was checked in quickly and shown to my room. The whole affair is decorated nicely with interesting antiques. The room was well done, and the bed was very comfortable. It felt more like I was visiting family or friends than a bed and breakfast, which brings me to the breakfast. It was soooo good! They made a dish they called banana foster, but it was more like a banana bread pudding or strata. All I can say is it was delicious. I slept well and left with a full belly. Highly recommended.

What a nostalgic bed and breakfast. I found them on the internet while shopping for real estate and gave them a try. The owners Sherry and Geri are the sweetest, most helpful gals. The inn is a step back in time. It was fun using the clawfoot bathtub and looking out over their farm at Viola the lama. The breakfasts were delicious. They spoil you rotten. I had a few days to myself so they sent me lunching & antiquing in Portland, Astoria and Hillsboro and boy.....what great finds. The nice part about it, is they are centrally located. Don't forget to check out their 11,000 square foot barn. Once a dairy barn in the early 1900's. Lots of fun history. I met the barn owl upstairs. Beautiful. There were lots of ladies in the main downstairs barn as well for a retreat.
