The people that work at this location are absolutely fantastic! I was directed by the APP to drop a device off my account in store. Once in this store Trent started the process of getting the two devices off my account which meant a call to customer support. Custom support told Trent I had to do it on the APP or call 611. Trent explained that the APP directed me to a store. I told Trent it’s was okay and I would call and cancel at a later time. He encouraged me to make the call while I was still in the store so I agreed and did just that. After sitting on hold for 10 minutes Trent picked up the store phone and called customer support himself and complained that I had been on hold and explained what was going on. Immediately a call service rep answered my call and took care of my request without issue. I appreciate the fact that the crew there wanted to be involved in the follow up and make sure that I was taken care of. AMAZING CREW at this location. T-MOBILE corporate please recognize these employees at this store !!! They are an outstanding example of true customer service!!!

I would leave more stars, but the asst manager has to get better training!He has zero customer service!Told my wife to sanitize her phone (which she did), but do you think HE sanitized his hands before touching her phone? Nope!He kept interrupting the other service people who were helping customers and basically ignored us!. The worst part was when he got up, walked to the back, and was gone for a long time! No excuse me, I will be right back. Nothing!This guy (Theo) I think his name is, he needs a class on customer service quickly.

Jonathon is a rockstar. Some of the best customer service I’ve received. Super patient, explained everything clearly and concisely, and made us feel like valued customers. Hooked us up with a killer promo going on that we had no idea about. We walked out of there with huge smiles on our faces. Jonathon is the man! Thank you.

Edit2: I don't have high standards for customer service. Just basic customer service. Thanks for that strawman though.Somehow my other honest review was deleted by Google. (Surely T-Mobile paid for that. Try it yourself if unsatisfied, and see if your 1 star is still there in a day. This is turning into YELP where they can buy reviews.) They are nice here but don't actually KNOW anything for sure. Asked about changing my account and she was "pretty sure" of some stuff so I just left and called 611 for actual help. Please train your employees, T-Mobile.Just found a MUCH better deal than the employee told me about. Going to get a new phone from here anyway. I don't understand what was wrong.

There was an ordeal with getting the correct plan honored. When they finally did get it somewhat corrected it still wasn't what we thought we were getting or what was explained to us. This happened over a year ago and the people we worked with at that time were a serious redeeming factor. If it wasn't for the 3 employees that were patient and kind it would be a negative star.The most recent experience with the employees at this store had been horrible. Some bad customer service rep told my husband that all the information is on the app and to look there. She told him this when he was in store trying to get some questions answered about our plan..Now I know that is not acceptable. And she should be informed there are disabilities out there that makes certain ways of understanding limited. For instance most people learn a certain way (some need to read, some to hear, some need to do)and if you add a certain disabilities to this and things can get personal. So that lady that was there on Saturday at 11:40 ish was seriously out of line and is a horrible representation of TMobile's customer service that is expected. This one person poisoned the experience.

Had a great experience here at T-Mobile in Scappoose. If you are having trouble with switching your old phone to a new one or looking for the best plan that works for you. Its worth driving out here. Everyone in the store was helping and kind especially want to thank Eran (Hope I'm spelling that right) she went out of her way to help me get the best deal, find what worked best for me and my family, was fast and very helpful. Really great people at this location. Didn't let me leave till everything was right and working. I've been with T-moblie for almost 20 yrs and this is why ?

The Gentleman who help me select my new Cell Phone was EXCELLENT! After selecting my Galaxy S21 FE 5G, he was able to transfer everything that I wanted from my ancient Galaxy S7 to the new Phone! He had to do it wirelessly because my connection no longer worked.During the process, he kept me appraised of the status. He also made sure that I left with the accessory hardware that was necessary due to a change in the size of the Pkug ins.Where he needed some assistance, he did not hesitate to ask his Co-worker who had more experience. I was a long time T-Mobile Customer and nothing at all happened to make me regret my loyalty!

Jonathan helped me with my celphone upgrade and transfer my old phone to my son’s celphone#. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. He explained everything including registering online for my screen protector warranty. He also given us information on how to save money on our upgrade and buying accessories for the phone. He offered different product which tmobile offers that you could also save money. Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit and recommend this store to everyone.

The people at the store were very helpful and nice. That's not what this review is about. Edit: well now it partly is because they told me I was to wait for a physical gift card to show up so we've been scrutinizing our mail.Switched for the deals. Didn't pay me for my keep and switch so Verizon sent it to collections. Didn't realize how much time had passed. Didn't really have the money to pay it off myself to keep it out of Verizon collections. Edit: just got off the phone with them again... Now I find out they weren't sending me a physical gift card like they told my wife and I in the store. No, I WAS WAITING FOR A CARD ON THIER WORD FOR NO REASON.Said they would give us 1000 for wife's phone then noticed my bill was bigger than at Verizon lehere we were paying off 2 devices. THEY WERE STILL CHARGING US FULL PRICE for my wife's phone!!! Still have to figure out how much extra I paid them for this one and get it back.Edit: They finally credited my account over the course of 3 months. I am leaving this review up because for the time they were wrongfully charging me, I literally had less money for my family. (If I stopped auto-pay I would have gotten charged more.)Again, the people in the store were kind and friendly. My account seems to have just had issues for whatever reason.
