I spoke with them on the phone & they were very patient & super helpful & straight forward with cuts, standards, prices & their turn around time. I am super impressed & very thankful they were the ones that did the cuts for the meat we purchased. I would do it all over again!

This was by far the BEST butcher I have ever used. The cuts of beef available were incredible, the quality and skill was excellent and the packaging was top-notch! I am still pulling out cuts from the freezer and can't believe it. Don't waste your time anywhere else.
