“I went in here to get money to transfer to another bank and they made sure that the other bank would take my money and I wouldn't get a hold on my check. The manager and workers are so amazing and I told them I give them 10/10 for excellent customer service. I've never written a review about a bank before so this is a first for me, haha. :) They take care of their customers! It makes me question if I shouldn't even be putting money into a different bank--and if I should take it out and just create a separate checking account at Wells Fargo.”

“Amazing customer service. Left Portland in to escape record breaking heat and stopped for gas and something to drink and the cashier was giving away large fountain drinks for free just because it’s hot outside, such a nice gesture to especially when customer service and kindness is a rarity these days!”
