“Great service, great staff.I don't know how they do it with all the customers they have, but they always remember my name. When the staff smiles and greets you, it is genuine, not the fake BS at some other banks. Note: This review is for the Seaside branch. The Astoria branch is nice too, but there's one old lady there who is just a witch.”

“I went in here to get money to transfer to another bank and they made sure that the other bank would take my money and I wouldn't get a hold on my check. The manager and workers are so amazing and I told them I give them 10/10 for excellent customer service. I've never written a review about a bank before so this is a first for me, haha. :) They take care of their customers! It makes me question if I shouldn't even be putting money into a different bank--and if I should take it out and just create a separate checking account at Wells Fargo.”
