Rachael was extremely helpful and sweet. She greeted me as soon as she saw me and assisted in picking out clothing for my kids. I was able to get in and out. I definitely appreciate this type of customer service.

This establishment took advantage of my older mother and opened a credit card for her without her knowledge after she had initially refused, they kept browbeating her into filling out an application when we had already said she didn't want one. After we had come back from browsing, the worker says "okay, your credit card application is processing!" We asked our mother if she knew she had applied for a Carter's credit card, to which she replied, "No." and seemed confused. Our dad was able to call and cancel the card later, but this is absolutely shameful, fraudulent and predatory behavior and I will be lodging a formal complaint.

There’s someone who works here that keeps making comments about my daughter in super weird ways about her ears sticking out and then said something about a playboy bunny when she picked out a bunny outfit. Probably need to tell them to stop doing that. Thanks.
