Clean and spacious room. Very good pool and spa. Close to the beach and all restaurants. Will stay again. Recommend it.

Customer service was good. Location was not. You cannot see the camp fires on the beach at night because the sand dunes block the beach view. I would recommend a hotel a little bit farther down on the prom for a better view.

Whew. Im.relieved i actually love the room we booked tonight.
We were searching for lodging in and around canon beach forover 2 hours .... We really wanted to get something that was worth the $ . Since we were traveling from oklahoma and wanted it to be a memorable experience. We almost paid for the king size with view room because we wanted a water view . We paid less for 2 queen beds with a partial view ( but in my opinion it was a great view )and balcony. If I wouid have paid for the king room I wouid have paid more . And not had a balcony. We had a fireplace. Fridge microwave. I was very satisfied when I seen our room. We travel extensively and I'm somewhat a nice hotel plus location snob. I would say this hotel room was a very good choice for a one night stay in seaside, Oregon.
BTW the beds were actually very soft and we loved the pillows !!!!

Everything about this hotel is wonderful! Regardless of the weather we are always out exploring Seaside so the dated rooms do not matter to us! Buffet breakfast to get the day started and a wonderful pool and hot tub!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I would give this place 0 stars! This place has the worst customer service. My husband was talking to a lady at the front desk (I didn't get her name because she was polite and trying to be helpful) but I did get the other lady's, Angela! She was very rude and got loud with my husband while she was supposed to be helping a customer in front of her. Yes, we were upset because our room was not ready and we checked in early, and the front desk could of given the courtesy to tell us or room want gonna be ready till after 5 or 6pm. Who has a late check in at 4-6pm? But already was 4:16pm by the time we came back to check on our room and still not ready. Everyone else was checking in as we watched and was there for early check-in. The so called assistant manager was no help either. We felt very discriminated against. So yes, my husband raised his voice! We were so disappointed! Never again with this place or their other facilities.

I was there to celebrate our 14 year anniversary had a king size room with a jacuzzi paid for in advance we called a few days earlier to see if we can do a earlier check on a guy that answered said yes to cali between 12and 2 so we called and was told to pickup a parking voucher at 12 pm we had drove from Seattle that is 3 plus hours we went to check at 3 nothing yet the told check in was 4 to 6 but we seen people getting check in at 3 so I was confused 4 o'clock came nothing I was since my room was big, it was not gonna be done to the very end, which was confusing. You would think something with a jacuzzi would be drained and clean before most rooms, since it takes the longest. Plus we was there waiting around killing time, but the lady seemed like she wasn't concerned about getting the room done. So I got a little upset, she said that I look intimidating, and she was not going to get the room done until 6, even though we were there. Since 12. Instead of sure me that she's gonna have someone start working on it, or it's given us an exact time. She decided to refund the money. Mind me It was a weekend. They did volleyball championship, so all the links were booked in town. So we had to end up driving all the way back home to Seattle. Yes, I was a little upset who wouldn't be on the anniversary. That's all planned out with other stuff to do. I would not ever suggest them. I'm coming back to this place because we were kicked out of there and told to not to come back. I think it was more a let's racial discrimination if i could of gave a 0 star i would of Angela was the lady name she started arguing with me while helping another customer on the second time trimester to check on my room she needs to be more professional that's why the have a 3.2 yelp review i should of checked the review first

This is an old hotel at a great location. We got lucky and got a wider than normal room on the third floor overlooking the ocean. Room 315. Super amazing location! The breakfast was great with a lot of variety, similar to a Hampton inn. The facility itself is old but well maintained. We definitely want to come back.

The ebb tide is a clean and family friendly hotel located right on the beach. The rooms are adequate for a vacation where you are spending most of your time on the beach and out and about.
I want to send a special shout out to the front desk crew for handling a situation where our reservations were inadvertently canceled. They were very accommodating and luckily they had some availability. They were super understanding and helped us get into a room that we enjoy!
We would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are a little dated but the people there are amazing. They have a nice hot breakfast and the pool is well kept.
