Very slow to check out and rude staff. On top of that, they double charged me. When I went back to show them, they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Was told to contact my credit card and deal with them. I was able to get my money back from the bank, but they were no help at all.

The manager is so friendly. We weren't sure if we could do an exchange from an online purchase but she was happy to help us figure it out and showed us options in the store. We ended up upgrading and just paid the difference. I'm really happy with my new coat. Honestly, we've been to this store three times now and every time the customer service is top notch!

Seems inflation has hit this outlet store extra hard. The 50% off almost every item has been offset by a ridiculously high starting point. Shame, this place used to be one of my favorite visits when in NW Oregon because in the past I was able to find some gems at great prices.

They are always helpful and cheerful, and the discounts for clearance items are amazing! This is my favorite place to get good looking and durable clothes at great prices!

Amazing help and aid from Brandy and Shelby with incredible attention to detail! They were an amazing help and made our experience so much better! Will definitely be returning. These two ladies deserve huge props and if they're not already up for a raise, they most definitely should be! 10/10 recommend

The shoes they sale are hands down the most comfortable and best made shoes on the market. I had my last pair for two years.
