About Green Strength PNW

Green Strength PNW is a great CrossFit style gym located behind a jiu jitsu spot, which can be slightly tricky to find. The nice space offers a good variety of equipment and is spotlessly clean. The coach is an excellent and accommodating programmer, happy to help with workouts. The community, coach, and fellow classmates are all very friendly and welcoming, creating a nice environment. It is a place that allows for personal workouts, though it can be hard to get ahold of.

    Great gym that allows me to do my own workouts. Plus if I don’t know what to do for the day can talk to the manager James and he will help make a workout for the day.

    Husband and I were in Cannon Beach for vacation. Dropped in for a class, coach and fellow classmates were all very friendly. Nice environment. Good variety of equipment available.Was slightly tricky finding entrance, gym is located behind Adamson Bros Jiu Jitsu Academy.

    Great CrossFit style gym. We dropped in here for about a week and had a great experience. James is an excellent coach who programs everything with a lot of thought behind it. The community are very welcoming and the place is spotlessly clean.
