If I could give this location a zero. Made an appointment online. Was not called before 10 o clock appointment informing that the system double booked. Instead of asking when they could reschedule. She made us feel stupid and sounded like we were idiots for making an appointment. Mind you we had two kids in tow. Won't be back to that h&r block. Very rude.

Tried on-line, no matter what you do they give you an out-of-state consultant, but they have your money. Took everything to HR Storefront, more money, but they gave me credit for most of on-line payment.Had to call to find out if ready, a week after promised, then had to call to find out why finalized/paid for return had not been submitted. Disappointing
