While this is a cute inn, it was ruined by Debbie who works at the front desk. She made a mistake and ended up yelling at me before I even had the chance to show her the mistake- illustrating the yelling and screaming were not necessary. Can’t believe someone with no customer service skills works here. My partner recorded the conversation and if we could post it here we would. We planned to come back again until she screamed at us over and over again and now we will not be staying here ever again. Yelling at your customers (for a mistake on your end) is not a good look. Debbie needs to learn to control and manage her emotions.

Heat was on full blast it took all night to cool off until like 2:00 in the morning had the door wide openall night.. :(

Very pleased. Wonderful view. Walk to the beach was wonderful.
Room was clean and the size was great for two people.

The house keeping staff was awesome
Maintenance not so much
Dripping faucet outside wall paper pealing and the fireplace timer didn’t work

Pro’s:
The inn was very cute. When you first get to the inn, you are greeted with a little bag of taffy (which were amazing). They provide the basic amenities + makeup remover. Bed and headrest were very clean. Mattress was very comfortable. The shower tub and curtain were extremely clean, with good water pressure. There is a little kitchenette on the side of the room. We had an extremely late check in (2am) but they had a late check in box with everything you needed to get to your room.
Con’s:
The floor was sticky in one tiny area of the room, the less used areas such as the corners of the room were extremely dusty. The fan included in the room was extremely dusty as well. The check in area is 5 mins away from the actual inn. Parking was extremely tight and difficult.
This inn does not have A/C or laundry service. Trip advisor and third party sites are wrong.
TLDR: clean and comfortable enough for a good stay, bad for people with allergies. Good for the price.

Beautiful location! Nice short walk to beach and downtown. Quiet location. That’s about the only redeeming thing I can find. Upon arrival we walked in and the smoke detector had low batteries. It was doing a loud chirp every 3 min and took nearly 45 minutes to get someone over to change it. The shower wall had some large blonde hair wads (not ours). Our room had a strange layout and was clearly converted into a room. No hooks in the bathroom for towels, no light in the closet, poorly hung headboard that literally falls off the wall, strangely high up outlets (like 6ft up) and paper thin walls - could hear everything above us all night. Will be our first and last stay.

Clean, nice, and comfortable bed. However, you have to drive to a different building about 3/4 of a mile away to pick up the keys to get in. The balcony in our room was disappointing. About 3'x5', directly over the street, and not covered.

This location is perfect. We could sit on the balcony and have perfect view of the beach and ocean. The beds were comfortable and the room is modern and lovely.

So unfortunately I didn't have a chance to stay at the property. I booked it in advance for a birthday celebration and received a call the day of check in saying that the property can't check in guests. There wasn't really an explanation as to what has happened and this is the first time that I've encountered this. I booked this room through Expedia and had to go through Expedia to request a refund. I might be speculating, but I think that the hotel might have booked out the room for someone else at a higher cost. I might be wrong, but it was still disappointing to have this happen and look for a different hotel last minute at a higher cost. From the outside the property did look nice and it's a pity I didn't have a chance to stay there.

The fireplace will create a blazing inferno. The beds are top notch, the tub is very nice and clean, but the coffee pot didn't work.

We stayed here one night as we were traveling down the coast. We received a text prior to check-in with directions, and the check-in process is super easy. We had an oceanfront room, which was amazing! The room was clean, and comfortable, with lots of space, and easy access to walk along the beach.

What a delightful place to stay. You are right on the boardwalk with the dunes down to the beach. Rooms were clean. There was a coffee makers, dishes and utensils available. The deck looks out onto the boardwalk and beach. Easy walking distance to downtown Seaside.
Nearby activities: Great beaches nearby.
Walkability: Easy to walk to downtown Seaside. You have easy access to the boardwalk.
