Do not advertise walk ins if you don't do walk ins. Also don't be rude to someone walking in just because it's an inconvenience. I walked in when there was no other customers. I was told they had an up coming appointment and that they could not provide a haircut for my 6yo because it couldn't be done with 10 minutes.

I wanted my long and thin hair to be cut super short and I was more than happy with the results! Wendy listened to my description of what I wanted and she did exactly what I had in mind. Her shop is very nicely decorated. A welcoming environment. I will definitely go back!
