Update** response to owner yeah no its not normal to be asked three times within 5 minutes of being inside your store if you need help. Actually yes usually rewards programs contain purchase history. Also I asked your staff member if ownership changed. She confirmed its even shown on your etsy lol. Instead of being defensive under every negative review take the feedback and improve. Or don't be surprised that your store is empty on a Friday.
Staff workers kept asking if I needed help within minutes of each other in a dead store. Could not browse in peace even when I said I would let them know if I needed help. I asked if they had a rewards program (as ive bought several rings before and wanted to know if they could look up my purchase history to find the size for a gift) their response? No everything is already discounted here…. Not what I was asking. As a brown person this comes across as very microagressive. Use to shop here when there was a different owner will no longer shop here under the new management.

The jewelry is reasonably priced and it’s always nice and clean in the store. Sad the the Astoria store closed but will always stop by when I’m in the area.

Bought a few pairs of earrings here today. Customer service was delightful. In my opinion, the quality of the earrings are superior to the price charged. Sincerely cannot understand the poor reviews as this place has lovely items at very reasonable prices. Could not find a single pair of earrings on par with the ones I bought anywhere else in Seaside. I know. I hunted for hours until I found this shop. Very pleased with my purchase.

Always a great experience! Supportive friendly and knowledgeable staff and you never know what you'll find for current inventoryof one of a kind pieces. Choose from: Rings necklaces, brackets, pendants, cuffs, earrings, necklace chains, charms and resin pieces for decor, some cookie jars, tapestry /wall decor and some fun steam punk costuming options and such too... and did I say so much more ?!?!?! A true gem 💎 and treasure to be found. Hope you enjoy your visit to the shop and make it a tradition to visit when in or near Seaside OR. It's worth the journey and experience, you're sure to find value in a special piece.

I literally don’t have the words to adequately express what a fabulous shopping experience I had today at this adorable jewelry store!! The inventory was phenomenal and affordable (I literally purchased 5 beautiful rings and a pendant) but what was most impressive was the outstanding customer service! Madison was so sweet,professional,helpful,respectful and kind. Anyone would be lucky to have an employee like her. She makes you feel so welcome!! I will most definitely be making Molly Morgan Jewelry my first stop next time I’m visiting Seaside!!! Thank you so much Madison!!! 🧚🏻

Sophie was so amazing and helpful! We were in the shop twice in one day because we loved it so much!! I bought several beautiful rings and could have bought a hundred more. Everything was So pretty and affordable!! My new favorite jewelry store!!

This is by far my favorite jewelry shop. They have a phenomenal selection, great atmosphere and awesome people taking care of you. I've been in many times and this time Sophie and Amanda took care of me and they were incredibly helpful and awesome!

Amanda and Sophie S were wonderful! They showed us many beautiful, nice, priced silver jewelry pieces. They helped me find the correct size and offered extenders for bracelets and/or necklaces that were a bit small. I couldn't decide, but I'll be back soon shop again! Thank you, ladies, for your kind, friendly help!
I came back in the next day and bought two of the bracelets I had been looking at!
They have great prices!!! :)

Found the most beautiful and reasonably priced items in this store on my last trip to Seaside. Huge selection, wide variety of jewelry and other artistic items & a knowledgeable and friendly staff. What’s not to like! Going back soon just to shop at Molly Morgan’s! 💜
