Phillips Candies is the home of the only house-made salt water taffy in Seaside, made daily with its original 1897 recipe. It is considered the best candy store in town and a must-stop for the very best chocolates and fudge. The store offers a great selection of delectable and artisan chocolates, hand-dipped sea salt caramels, seafoam, and all the good old-fashioned candies. Freshly popped popcorn, caramel corn, and delicious gelato are also customer favorites. The store is super clean, a great place for kids, and the service is overly kind. Visitors call it a treat and promise to come back soon.
I have never been my boss brought salt water taffy back and it was the best taffy I have ever tasted. I hate salt water taffy. Thank you for changing my mind.

This store has a great selection of delectable chocolates. They do have saltwater taffy but minimal flavors, they are very delicious though! The store was super clean and the gelato being made looked to die for. I’ll be coming back for sure.
