They have everything! So many candies to choose from as well as caramel and cheese popcorn! I had hoped to try the sea foam chocolate but they were sold out. The staff were friendly and the building was interesting because the shop has been there more than 100 years!

Truly is a really great candy spot! They make Taffy right in front of you. Owners are great and super clean shop. Strongly recommend all stop by!

I had THE BEST CARAMEL CORN I HAVE EVER HAD here yesterday afternoon. We agreed that it was extra buttery and salty, which I had never experienced when trying other caramel corns. 10/10!
Phillips Candies is home to the only house-made salt water taffy in Seaside, made daily with the original recipe from when we first opened in 1897! Freshly popped popcorn and caramel corn are customer favorites as well. We hand dip our assortment of artisan chocolates, including sea salt caramels and seafoam. Come see us, we're open daily.
