Phillips Candies is the home of the only house-made salt water taffy in Seaside, made daily with its original 1897 recipe. It is considered the best candy store in town and a must-stop for the very best chocolates and fudge. The store offers a great selection of delectable and artisan chocolates, hand-dipped sea salt caramels, seafoam, and all the good old-fashioned candies. Freshly popped popcorn, caramel corn, and delicious gelato are also customer favorites. The store is super clean, a great place for kids, and the service is overly kind. Visitors call it a treat and promise to come back soon.
Super cute candy shop. lots of yummy options to choose from. So many flavors of Jelly beans, a whole wall dedicated to them. They have a lot of fun soda flavors. they got that good yummy fudge and delicious gelato we got the cotton candy flavor. The family loved it.

Very cute little shop. Went to get a cookies and cream and a mango sherbet Gelato after dinner. Will def come back next time we are in town.

Kathy, Jen, and staff are the best. Great customer service paired up with the best treats equals a fantastic candy store. Hands down, the best Rocky Road Chocolate I have ever had. I highly recommend stopping in for a treat when visiting Seaside OR.
