I was disappointed with the fact that the hot tub was down, which was one of the reasons we picked it. The service was great. People were very friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond with a crazy request. Wish the rooms had more options to actually utilize the kitchen.
Nearby activities: Everything you could want within walking distance. Great food options.

Very dirty rooms, we all walked around in socks and threw them in the trash afterwards. There were pieces of old food under the folding bed ((.
Breakfast very modest, expected better.
Staff is nice, parking lot is helpless to eat in
The location is convenient.
We will not stay here a second time

we stayed at promenade inn the night before (HORRIBLE HOTEL) we booked here our second night and oh my goodness!!! it beat our standards by 10!! one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at super clean and cozy and was just amazed by the price! 10/10 would definitely come here again and again !!

Had boiled eggs prepackaged, gluten free Udis bagels and almond milk to accommodate special dietary needs
Michael at the front desk was very personable and got us checked in promptly!
Couldn’t ask for a better hotel
We’ll definitely be back!

Easy walking distance to everywhere in Seaside. Quiet rooms. Very friendly staff.

This Hotel has my heart. 5 stars from check in to check out. I've stayed here several times and we are never disappointed. Upon check in this time around we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. Amazing!!! River view and just a short walk to entertainment. I highly recommend you giving Rivertide Hotel a chance.

Breakfast was to be desired used to deliver food here for US foods and it was hot food and there's no longer hot food this was during COVID they had hot food and this is years later their excuse was COVID they have a wine bar that nobody uses
Rooms: Rooms had accommodations for more people but they were kind of run down to be desired

I usually stay at a different hotel in Seaside annually but I think I'm going to start staying here annually Instead ? little to no ocean view but it's still very nice!
