We stayed the night on a last min trip and were pleasantly surprised! It was accommodating for 2 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Beds were comfy, everything seemed upgraded for a more modern feel. The pool and hot tub were nice to use after a cold day at the beach. Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly at check in/out. They had firepits outside that were nice to sit at in the evening. There is a designated dog area for potty breaks and a swing set for kids too.

Wonderful upscale stay in the heart of seaside! Our room was delightfully clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the gal at the front desk whilst we were there was the sweetest. You’re walking distance from all the best restaurants and shopping, and it’s a block from the beach! We will definitely be back!

Took my family here for Labor Day weekend 2025. This place had great ratings through Expedia and prices were really good. Loved everything about this place. Amenities, breakfast, location and service. Only thing I would say is, only one elevator in building so long wait times, pool and jacuzzi had a little too much chlorine? My kids got a small reaction everytime they went swimming, but it was nothing big. Oh and the wifi kinda sucks, really spotty and lots of the time non existent. Other than that, this place is bomb for families and people who want to bring their pets. Lots of dogs.

This hotel is perfectly located to the prom, downtown Seaside, and other drivable locations.
The pool is great!
The staff were so helpful and friendly.
Breakfast is good for most but if you have food sensitivities or allergies, there were limited gluten free or dairy free options. But the rooms have fridge and microwave which helped.
Room was fantastic with the wall dividing the space, the balcony, the bathroom and tub was huge, the room had a ton of space and you could not hear any neighbors.

Beds were so comfy, room super clean and the service from each hotel staff member was incredibly nice and accommodating. Love the salt water pool. Patio area was calm and never crowded making it easy to relax. Will stay again.

Unfortunately, we had a miserable experience at the hotel. We purchased and were initially assigned a deluxe King, a very nice and spacious room. Two hours after checking in, lots of pounding noise from occupants above us. Noise and pounding continued until we called front desk at 7 pm. Hotel agent went to upper room and asked occupants to lower their noise. Hour later and pounding started again. Front desk agent went to room again but noise didn’t dissipate. Finally asked for new room at 10:50 pm. Assigned much smaller king room. Spoke with manager next morning and she said she’d make it right. Sightseeing for the day to return to the room that hadn’t been serviced even though we asked for new towels. Manager again said to wait until checkout and she’d make it right. Checked out next day, no notes about our stay, nothing about room changes, inconvenience and problems. Hotel very busy, and lots of promises but no action.

Calista,the front desk girl cheked us in. She was very welcoming and treated us like family. We asked her to take a family photo of us and she was happy to do so.
It's people like Calista and her boss Shalane that keep people coming back. Thanks so much for everything ladies.

Rooms are clean and cute bed is crazy comfy. SMALL room. Front desk lady is ON TOP OF IT and amazing. Wish there was more pool seating but the kids toys are a great touch. 24 adult time for hottub. Breakfast was okay. Gluten free options. Water pressure was trash in shower, sink leaked, soap dispenser in shower didnt work. Can hear other people and toilets flush. Ac worked great in room. Fire pit n swings nice touch short walk to the main street and beach. But its seaside so LONG walk to the ocean.

The hotel was in a great location. Beach, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was fresh and offered a variety of options. Definitely recommend a dip in the pool!

Hotel is in a great location. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Hotel is a short walk to the beach and the many little shops and restaurants of Seaside.
Would definitely stay there again.

Long time Seaside vacationer here. This has been my family’s yearly staple for the last few years. Modern, clean, great location, and awesome free breakfast.
