If you could I would do a zero star review. My daughter picked a stuffed animal up and was playing with it. The employee said she opened it and took a ball out. She couldn't find the ball to prove it. She argued with me. I told her that the customer must be always wrong. She told me no and told us we had to pay for it. My husband went to pay for it and the employee behind the counter told us a different story. He said that she broke the zip tie holding the zipper shut. How did a five year old do that? He couldn't answer, There story didn't add up. They just wanted to make a sale. Well never go back there again.

Super dog friendly!! Could’ve hung out with the owners all day cool guys with lots of information! Don’t remember the guy’s name that helped us, but he was fantastic!! They can put any print on any shirt that’s in there! And also tell you the best places to eat!

I went into Sharky’s and Marcolm helped me. I wanted something custom made. I already had a graphic logo digital file on my phone. It’s from my car club and I wanted it on a hoodie. It’s got a lot of meaning as our club had some members pass away. Marcolm spent at least 30 minutes with me answering questions, making sure the hoodie was the right size, and even had no defects. He went above and beyond and had a high attention to detail when lining up the vinyl lettering. He positioned everything perfectly and it came out perfect. This is my new favorite hoodie and I have only worn it once. Thank you Marcolm, you ROCK!!!!

There's a ton of selection here. The staff is friendly. Marcolm went above and beyond to help us. We were never rushed and he took pride in his work. Well earned pride in very dedicated work. It is hard to find that level of customer service nowadays.
