Terrible service! Woman behind the counter (on July 25 at around 2pm) was extremely rude. Unfortunate, as I would love to support the animals but I’ll just make donations to other companies that help animals instead, as this company doesn’t deserve any of my money.

I used to love coming here, but over the past year or so whoever is pricing things has gone whacko! Prices are WAYYY to high and there really aren’t good deals any longer. Prices are almost as high as getting something new at the box-store. I still donate things because I support their ‘mission’. Also, it’s way too bad they aren’t open on weekends to get more customers flowing through (which would allow them to increase money coming in to support their mission). The “art” print is priced at $150 (an extra zero on there?), the lamp is $45 (nice, but should be maybe 15$), the vase is $20 at a for-profit shop in Astoria, and the dishes seem like they deserve to be about 50cents (or maybe a buck, but that still seems too high). Also, I didn’t take a pic of the mirror by the check-out but a brand new one is about $40 so asking $40 in your shop seems too high. Who knows if that beer sign is meant to be $25 or 25cents, but since there’s no ‘cents’ symbol I assume it’s intended to be $25 which would be more than the brewery itself (probably) charges. “A little bit of something is much better than a lot of nothing” seems like it would be a better pricing model for a non-profit shop to follow.

I went to this establishment to get a spay coupon for a stray cat I've been trying to help. The "gentleman" who issued the coupon was beyond rude to me and even accused me of trying to pull something on them because of my address. I eventually resorted to pulling up Google Maps to SHOW him exactly where I lived. After the coupon was finally issued I had to DEMAND an apology as I let him know I would no longer be making donations nor shopping at their store again. I've never been treated so badly by a business before.

Better to buy a pair of shorts for the trip here for only $3 than some of the other stores for $45.

Our favorite place to shop in seaside. Randy is such a sweetheart. Good used stuff. Occasionally you get the odd cranky rude volunteer , but for the most part they are wonderful people doing a wonderful job and service.Old school and great !

I love this little shop, and have found some great treasures and clothes here. I just wish they were open later than 2 pm. Even 3 would be better. I have been told twice while browsing that they were closing and then waited in a long slow line to pay, with no room to social distance. They need to figure out a better set up at their cash register. Not very organized at all. I do realize that it is a very difficult time right now, so I am very understanding about their hrs and set-up, and hope they can get back to more normal hrs soon.

These folks are the nicest most helpful people (all volunteers). I just love them. And they go the extra mile to take care of the clothes by washing before display. The prices are reasonable and their mission is something I can get behind and support. I just wish they could be open more but I understand how difficult it is with covid.

Always clean and the best prices. They help you out with fixing your animals with half price coupons!

Arrived right before closing. Staff advised my family to return Thursday because they were closing. Woman then looked at us and said "and next time bring a mask". There were four adults in our party and we don't need a peer making patronizing comments. We were in disbelief of what we were hearing. She didn't even ask if we had masks which we did. We are in town for vacation but will not return to this store. If this was intended to be playful if came across as rude. This is a tough time for people but don't mask shame customers because it isn't a law.
