Absolutely recommend!! My husband and I got married 11.11.2023 this year. We are originally 5 hours from Seaside, and after the worst possible outcome from our original plan fell through a week before our wedding day, the Beacon was was able to accommodate our wedding party with just a week notice! They went above and beyond to assist in every way possible!! I went from wanting to cancel eveything and not wanting to make the 5 hour drive, to being excited about our big day! The space was exactly what we needed and more! I will forever be greatful for what the Beacon did for our family! It is so rare to find people let alone business owners that truley care about their clients, and the Beacon was the light at the end of our tunnel! Not only was the space beautiful, but the whole experience was one we will cherish forever! ❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We rented this space for our daughter's wedding reception. Angi was great to work with! The price was very reasonable, and with the addition or the white drapes (from another vendor) the space was very pretty and romantic. We especially loved the beautiful wood floors, and having windows on 3 sides of the room allowed for lots of light and fresh air in the room, which I loved.On the morning of our pre-arranged rental, Angi met us there and showed us how to lock and unlock the doors, as well as clearly went over where things were and answered all of our questions. The space was clean and quiet for our Tuesday evening reception. The set up and take down went very smoothly.

I had the pleasure of bartending a catered event in this awesome space. Great back room for prep and a nice bar to serve drinks. A good time was had by everyone, wedding party and crew alike.

The night of the event I asked if floors needed to be done with something special because of the floor type. Was told they weren't sure, next morning I get a call that they hired a professional to come do the floors and I had to pay out of pocket for the professional floor cleaner. Not recommending to anyone. Nobody likes unexpected fees.
