Tiernan was absolutely outstanding with his customer service skills!! He not only went above and beyond to ensure our visit was pleasant, quick and efficient; he HONESTLY helped us with all our many questions ?(with stride). Truly, the best experience with Uhaul I've ever had! Sincerely, THANK YOU Tiernan for helping us through one of the most difficult times of our lives with a happy & positive attitude. You truly are a great person ?The entire crew was great! Will (another employee) was appropriately & playfully joking while we entered and left; making the experience fun and memorable (lol weird I know...) Great job guys! Very impressed

3/21/22 Worst customer service ever. I parked by the front door as I walked up a female employee and her dog was by the front door did not acknowledge me as she was vaping. I walked in looking for a part after 10 minutes looking through the store. I went to the counter and ask two female employees. They barely looked up from there phones and just said if we had it it would be on the wall..

Worst experience I've ever had in my life. I reserved a truck a week before my move date. I was assured it would be there ready for pick up the day I needed. I had one day to get everything moved due to when I had help. I'm a single mother with a 3 year old and had to round up people to help me with a one-way trip going 2 hours. I reserved a 26 ft truck because that would fit all my belongings and my daughters. 2 days before the move date I got a call saying that my truck wasn't there and I wouldn't be getting it. The guy at the seaside location was less than helpful and passively rude. When I asked if it was common for them to give away reserved trucks all he did was reference the hotel industry saying well it's common with hotels to overbook with it being completely irrelevant? I asked if due to their mistake they could provide me with two smaller trucks to take my belongings in and they wouldn't do that either. They said they could give me a trailer when I explained that that wouldn't work cuz I don't want my items being ruined on the highway they didn't seem to care. Now 2 days before we're supposed to move me and my three year old daughter have no way to do so. I am completely appalled by the actions of this company.

Lori needs to be trained. She had no idea what she was doing. In addition she charged me for added insurance (safemove) $14.00 without any discussion, coverage that's not necessary, according to Geicko and the u haul corporate office. She also mis -quoted the mileage charge as well. She was very nice although I will take competent over nice 9 xs out 10.
