Had horrible customer service, with Valerie, no one answers phone and no recourse for public to submit complaints, long and different contact info and disconnects.
Would prefer not leaving 1 star, but have to in order to submit.

I was able to meet the renowned rude employee, so I feel like I can check that off my bucket list. Overall, it was a typical PNW customer service experience. I was able to get what I needed and quickly, so I think 4 stars is fair.
