We bought our house in Trail 9 years ago. Local locksmith in Medford, Lowes key guys could not make a working key for our security screen door. The young lady at Ace took her time and made a working copy. Every time I needed help to find a specific item the staff has helped me. If they didn't have what I was looking for they suggested alternatives.

I've used the shady Cove hardware since I moved here January 1st 2003. I had a maintenance business for many years and they usually took care of my needs. They are a very good local hardware store.
