store manager is nice but not very helpful. do not rent a storage unit here endless your ok with getting your rent increased by large amounts every 3-6 months. do not use autopay as they did not notify me the rent was increasing and refuse to refund me the money

Rates change from day to day, and rent increases can be substantial. These are a couple negatives. The positive is that they are decently laid out, centrally located and they seem to hire quality people.

There's no one on site to rent a unit.I had to drive 15 miles to meet with a manager to even rent a unit.

The unit I rented had leaks and my stuff was starting to mold after only a couple months of storing it there. The Mcminnville location was much more accommodating.
