I’ve been a customer for 20+yrs and had the pleasure of driving by unannounced from the east coast on a Saturday morning to find Collin at the shop getting ready to dyno tune a 400+ air cooled beetle. He honored me to a shop tour while I tried to see if it was worth having them go thru a 3.6 head for me. Simple answer was it wasn’t worth it. Straight truth from the ultimate hp enthusiast. I could never ask for a more straight answer. Thank you

Ordered a chip for my vr6, I called to see if they would get a chance to ship same day, I spoke with the owner and he was extremely nice and helpful didn’t try to rush me off the phone like most places, actually took the time to talk and listen. Even though he is under staffed due to Covid he has been working extremely long hours to meet his customers needs. I figured he would maybe get around to shipping it out next day which wouldn’t have been a big deal, but nope he went above and beyond and got it shipped out same day. I will most likely do business with him in the future. 5 stars all around ?can’t forget to mention, he also went out of his way to see where I was located and what elevation I was at, I’m at 6400ft so he adjusted for that, which was awesome. Hope your team gets better and you are able to get back to full capacity soon.

Literally the best aftermarket automotive parts company out there. In 20 years of modifying every VW/Audi/Ford/Jeep/Toyota etc. the parts and customer service from these people makes you want to stick with VW/Audi products. Never once have I ordered something form there that wasn't absolute perfection, and ever once did I ever have an unhelpful call. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
