I use the opportunity to walk to and from the office to pay my bill in person and chat with Charlotte and Sally, 2 of the nicest ladies you'd ever want to meet. They even let me show them pictures of my new grandson!

Was having a hard time returning my equipment. Spent almost three hours between 2 calls being put on hold. My local Astound is only open 3 days a week. 😞 And having surgery making it extra rough. Luckily, your employee Charolette Martin, in the little town of Sheridan Oregon, fixed it all within 10 min. Rave!!
