This store is a joke. Told me to leave while the new phone was still updating and then it froze at home. Came back and they said the iCloud’s setting are looping and I needed to replace phone. Manager was not on duty and told to go the Bridgeport. When to Bridgeport and said they can’t take it back and needed to be wiped. Told me to go the Apple Store. Over an hour wait at Apple Store and now waiting. What a JOKE!!!

Update 6/29/24: Still not resolved.
Lots of promises but still auto-paying $80 more than quoted. This month my rate went up $30 more than previous month. Decided to stop throwing good money after bad so cancelled auto-pay to protect myself (will cost $30 more per month now, hilarious). Manager said that a former employee scammed us and that they are "trying" to fix it. It has been 4 months of the same story and AT&T says that it isn't their problem, this is an independent business, not AT&T. Be very careful if you deal with this shady business. Also, another customer was there before us today with THE EXACT SAME ISSUE, she was scammed also so this isn't an isolated issue, it's their business strategy.
Original post: I decided to change my cell service and found the deal at AT&T was better than the others that I researched. There was a reason for this. They DO NOT honor their agreements! My $140 per month agreement has been billed at over $200 each month for the last 4 months. Have made several trips to the AT&T store in Sherwood and found that our offer from the salesperson is not valid (he no longer works there), the manager promised to take care of it (he also now no longer works there), the next manager said his manager would fix it (that hasn't happened). We have made 4 trips to the store and each time we're told that our trade in was not valid, even though they took it for exchange, but that we will still get the rate quoted and that we'd be retroactively refunded the overpayments. That hasn't happened so we're still being charged monthly for the $2,000 phone, have a 2 year contract, and are paying a much higher monthly rate than agreed upon. By the way, they haven't returned my phone that "wasn't a valid trade in". We are returning to the Sherwood AT&T store today to see what unfulfilled promises will be made again. In the meantime, I would suggest that you not believe any deal offered. Oh, and don't even try to call their call center. What a waste of time that has been and they basically will tell you that the store screwed up and that you're out of luck. Buyer Beware!!!! Sometimes a better deal ends up costing you twice as much.

Went to store and answer to every question was do it in your app. I told him the issue didn’t get resolved in the app and answered everything u need to do is in app. I asked about new plans same answer again.When i asked then why are u here the guy who represented himself as Chris tells me to get out of my store. Even siad ATT doesn’t care about complaints when i told him that i will complain against you.
