I went to Luke, at the recommendation from my son who is a PT in Washington, for my bilateral carpel tunnel symptoms. After a few visits, my symptoms started to disappear, and after a month became negligible. What a blessing! Luke mentors his interns by sharing his knowledge and skills to produce great future physical therapists He cares about his patients and I highly recommend him and his staff for your PT needs.

Luke and his team at BenchMark have done an excellent job of helping me get full function of my shoulder back. Starting off by helping with stretching and range of motion exercises and walking me through various exercises that I could do at home between visits, and gradually increasing those as tolerated. Luke always checked in at the beginning of each session to reassess treatment. I would highly recommend BenchMark to anyone in need of excellent, professional PT.

I completely enjoyed having PT through Benchmark. Luke and his crew were conscious of my needs and goals. The regiment of exercises combined with the in-clinic visits worked out very good. I would use Benchmark again in the future, should the need arise

Luke has been an amazing therapist. After having a painful shoulder surgery he has been patient and aware of my pain level while keeping me on tract and moving forward in my healing. I can not recommend Luke enough, he's the best!

I began physical therapy at Benchmark in Sherwood for migraines. From my first session I felt like they truly listened and were interested in my well-being. Within a few sessions my migraines dramatically improved, and they educated me on techniques that I can use at home to keep the migraines at bay. I haven’t needed to take my prescribed migraine medications since! I’m extremely happy with the care I received and would recommend Benchmark in Sherwood for your physical therapy needs.

Have received 5 weeks of PT on my neck pain and between the manipulations and targeting exercises I am much better Extremely friendly staff who listen to your concerns and help meet your goals!!!!

I would recommend this place to anyone. Luke has been such a outstanding therapist. I’ve had 3 different cases there and every single one has been very enjoyable. There scheduling is very good. Shout out to heather the receptionist, always keeping me on track with appointments. Overall the place has helped me strengthen my leg and my back. They take it slow and definitely listen to what you have to say, if you can’t do a exercise they find another way to strengthen that muscle or body part. I personally love this physical therapy. I've had the pleasure of working with Annie! She's very motivating and encouraging even though I complain the whole time. The environment Luke has setup in his establishment is very lighthearted and comfortable but focused on healing. They're very serious about their Playlist which I really enjoy. Fantastic banter and not a frigid environment by any stretch of rhe imagination. Up to date equipment and very clean. 10/10 recommend to start you strength training and healing here!
