They are ready and able to answer questions about medications, answer the phones, and help search for savings and coupons. The pharmacy offers convenient services including same-day pick-up, auto-refill, refill reminders, online management, and assistance contacting doctors. Customers report the staff is able to get everything needed filled. The location is one of over 9,000 nationwide, with many open 24/7 and offering drive-thru service, vaccines, and the opportunity to earn rewards.

CVS hamstrings their employees so they have no path to suggest improvements in customer service. This demonstrates the importance to CVS of customer service ->very very low.

This is actually a pretty decent pharmacy. For a while I switched to Costco and greatly regretting it- came back to CVS and they were able to get everything I needed filled. The people that work here are generally friendly and empathetic too.
