I got a pumpkin milkshake for my young daughter, who said "oh daddy it's fine i love pumpkin". We turned the corner and she butsts into tears because she doesn't like pumpkin, and I knew that and tried to warn her ? Anyway, I go back in line and asked for a strawberry smoothie, which she usually gets. I'm not sure if it was the owner or manager working with me that day, but she was incredibly kind and refused to let me pay for the mistake that was clearly 100% my fault.I'm sorry I didn't get your name but thank you so much! Keep up the amazing experience!

Can't even begin to tell you how great this place is from the blended drinks to coffee and the lively, pleasant, and energetic service from the people that work at every location! I'm so sad they don't have them here in South Carolina where I live ?
