“Gordon is hands down the best person I’ve ever done business with when it comes to firearms. He’s a true professional—extremely knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely passionate about what he does. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, straightforward, and handled with total integrity.
He took the time to answer every question, made sure I felt confident in my purchase, and went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. On top of that, he’s just an all-around great experience.
11/10 experience. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to do business with Gordon again, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-tier service and expertise.”
“One of the best gun shops on the west side of town! Friendly staff who are very welcoming to all types of gun owners. In fact, when I meet someone who is looking to buy their first pistol, I almost always send them to J& B.
They have a decent inventory, and whatever they don’t have they can usually order pretty easily. Their pricing is good and they offer fair consignment fees. This shop is always the first shop I stop at when I’m looking to sell a pistol, or track down something unique.
Their process for selling NFA items is quick & easy, and James knows his stuff. You really can’t go wrong with stopping here if you’re out shopping for a new pistol or rifle.”
“I had a strange problem with a piece of my equipment that other people couldn’t figure out what was going on….Brendon answered my questions ,took care of the issue and made me a Satisfied customer… It’s nice to deal with a professional… Thank you very much…..”
“My experience was surprisingly enjoyable! Chris was patient and easy to talk with. The price for the Glock I purchased was pretty dang close to what the big box stores have them advertised as. What really sold me was the customer service. Not just to me, but to another customer over the phone. 10/10 will buy here again and I 100% recommend buying here.”
“I LOVE THIS STORE! Greatest selection in Oregon!! I was helped a girl named Maddie! Super helpful and very knowledgeable… I might even add very pretty!!”
“Mistakenly put in a bad review, here is my revised one: Couldn’t get my own gun apart, brought it in and one of the guys showed me the trick to it. Happened to see a nice shotgun while I was in, they gave me a reasonable price, and the background check was done in less than 20 minutes I think. Got a cleaning kit/cleaner, ammo box, and holster. One stop shop. I plan on returning.”
“Excellent gun shop with top-tier customer service. The employees are both nice and highly knowledgeable. They took the time to share their expertise and help me find exactly what I needed. Kudos to the young man for all his extra help”
“Amazing kind and patience people. Taught me everything without giving me disappointment looks unlike sportsmanship warehouse 😭. Definitely will buy a new fishing setup here in the future ♥”
