Rick (the manager) has an absolutely amazing team of competent and thorough employees that can help with anything you need: printing, returning, mailboxes, shipping (international and domestic), notaries, faxing, and more. If they can’t help with something, they know where to direct you to. I’ve been working closely with this store for almost 7 years, and the quality of service has only improved over time. “This store still has that old school customer service where they really are dedicated to helping their customers. I have been a loyal customer for years. Today, though they won my heart forever! I was missing tracking for a return that was worth several hundred dollars. The person working the desk worked so hard to locate my tracking. It wasn't easy my last name was misspelled on the receipt. I was able to get the tracking and send it to the vendor! Postal Plus saved the day. Thank you Postal Plus...for always being wonderful to work with.”

“Absolutely the best mail center I have ever used. The BEST part is AIM allows us to use the street address therefore all deliveries are possible. Many merchants will not deliver to a PO Box.Both persons, Kristine and the gentleman (cannot recall his name but he sounds Euro) have assisted me with utmost respect and kindness. If they were short with me, I give them the credit that they are having a bad day. Kristine is quiet but gives detailed explanations when asked. The gentleman is very communicative on the other hand. I love it!!!AIM holds my packages local and international packages until I pick up and they send email reminders promptly. That alone gives me so much contentment that my packages are safe, not stolen as it is at my residence. Much cheaper to rent mail boxes than other rental companies, I compared prices, nothing comes near.This is a gift shop as well with many international and local style clothing. A joy for the eyes while you wait if needed to. For cotton clothing, this is the place this summer. I highly recommend it!!”

“I saw an array of critical reviews for PostalAnnex (prior to writing this one), and it is easy to see why some folks might be alienated. Having said that, I had a remarkable experience with a PostalAnnex employee by the name of Jessica. We had a series of documents notarized and copied before sending them to an out-of-state business via Federal Express. The FedEx label was generated for us by the out-of-state business. The delivery of these time-sensitive documents was significantly delayed, and we had no idea how to track the package. Jessica took the time to sleuth through PostalAnnex records to help locate the tracking number and thus identify the snag.She went above and beyond the call of duty. My thanks to Jennifer!”

“I used to be a PO Box customer here and would still be if I lived closer to here again. It seems that the ownership has changed, and now it is an even better store than it was some 10 years ago, certainly cleaner and more friendly. It is still more expensive for me to ship a large box from here compared to shipping by USPS, but that is way better than not being able to ship the box at all on a Sunday when all the USPS branches are closed, and shipping such a large box is not possible or permitted without getting counter service, i.e. I can't just use the USPS self-service kiosks to ship the box all by myself (and the box had to be shipped today since I myself will be on an airplane within hours). Having some decent Sunday open hours totally saved the day for me, so I am very pleased to come back here after so many years and receive prompt and capable service.”

This postal annex, while being a little more expensive than your regular post office, is worth it. They always have friendly workers to help you and you can get in and out of there very quickly.
