I had an amazing experience with Raul’s patient support and guidance when I had my digital fingerprint appointment this week. He and the team were very helpful.

The staff you have there are so very helpful! I should have gotten his name. He has long hair pulled back and he has helped me several times over the years. I would be lost with computer and phone problems trying to print but he is very knowledgeable. I so appreciate your staff!

Raul was so helpful and patient even though the line was growing behind us.
