Very swift and professional service! We got our mailbox quote and install all in the same week - the week of Christmas! I really was shocked with how fast they were able to handle install for us. Very knowledgeable about the steps that needed to happen with the post office and took care of that for us. Also had the most reasonable install pricing locally, and priced out different mailbox options to help us find the best route for our neighborhood budget. We ultimately went with a larger box and extra parcel box because it was more cost effective for our group. Thanks again! We’re so thrilled with our mailbox!

Our HOA had to have a cluster box and parcel box replaced that were destroyed by a vehicle. Mailbox Solutions were super easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable about the process and dealing with the local Post Office. I would highly recommend them and our HOA will be using them again if/when we have to replace any more boxes in the neighborhood.

Danell at Mailbox Solutions is awesome! She had our HOA up and receiving mail in 5 days from a break-in that destroyed our cluster box. Dennis the installer was great too! Love working with them and will do so again the future.

We just had another GREAT experience with Mailbox Solutions replacing a damaged mailbox unit at a retail center in Hillsboro. We wanted to upgrade our mailbox and I had been looking at neighborhood mailboxes for a few months. The Mailbox Solutions models I saw stood out in terms of quality and security. After studying the design options online, we contacted the company and talked to Danell. She was very familiar with the different mailbox styles and super knowledgeable about installation and other details. Putting our order together couldn’t have been easier. Within a week the mailbox was ready. We opted for installation as well, so someone from the company came out today and set it up for us. If you are in the market for a new mailbox, you won’t be disappointed with Mailbox Soltuions.

We were faced with dealing with our awful post office who gave us 2 weeks to replace our neighborhood community mailbox with 8 slots or risk having all our mail returned. We reached out to Mailbox Solutions, I spoke with the owner, Danelle. She turned what could have been an awful situation into such an easy and worry-free solution.
Danelle is VERY well versed in this area. She gave me all my options, she knew exactly how to work with and coordinate with the post office, within a 15-minute call we had picked out our mailbox and scheduled the installation date.
Most importantly, Danelle and her husband are so reachable, when you call their number, they answer the phone, no voice menus, no hold music, just good old-fashioned talking to people. They are also very good at communicating via Email, Danelle sent me the mailbox styles and options catalog via email, the schematic over email, and ultimately the invoice via email. She communicated the installation dates and all the information regarding the install via email. Any questions I had, she had already anticipated and answered via email. She CLEARLY knows what she's doing, and she does it with grace.
Finally, the installation, the mailbox looks great, the installer was right on time and courteous, they hauled away the old mailbox. It all looks beautiful.
Couldn't say nicer things about this company, I hope anyone who has mailbox needs considers Mailbox Solutions.
