so you rent at one price and in a couple of weeks they want to bump you up. so if you want the bait and switch this is the place for you. if you are looking for the management to be not so nice to you this is the place for you. if you want your stuff not to be secure well this is the place for you. there are much better places to rent from and very close by.

They raise the rate to much. The low rate is just to get you in the door than they will raise it on you. There is another storage down the street by Walmart I will be checking out.

We needed to add another storage unit to our account and hoped to find one near our current unit, as we need space to sort belongings to weed out..We were there on a Saturday and found Pamela in the office. She was very friendly and incredibly helpful! She found the unit right next to our current space empty and within a few minutes she had completed the contract, sold us a lock and we were on our way. It was a great experience and we left the office really happy. Thanks Pamela!

The person at the front desk is super sweet love the customer service they’ve helped me twice today and it was all very easy to transfer everything to a bigger garage and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The cost is a bit high but worth the pay .

The property manager Jessie was so helpful and got me into two storage units that fit my needs exactly … with 35 square feet more than my current storage and saved me $210/month rent. I’m very grateful for all her help. I highly recommend NW Self Storage.!
