“Update: November 2025! I'm still going to Sherwood Auto Repair and if I can help it I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Not only are they amazing at communicating on my level, Katie and Alden helped me understand that my partner's car needed a muffler mount replaced and that it made more sense to have it go to a specialty shop because it would be more cost effective! I am so impressed that I will continue to drive from Gresham to make sure that my cars are serviced right. Fours cars over the years and no one but Sherwood Auto Repair will be touching them unless they tell me to go to a specialty shop!
I've been bringing my cars to Sherwood Auto Repair for the last four years. I love their model. The very first day I brought the family mini-van in they asked me what my goals were for my vehicle. We were paying off debt and getting everything in order, and I told Scott, I want to run it until the wheels fall off. They treated that vehicle like it was a priceless sports car. The wheels have fallen off, and I bought a new van. I will be taking it to Sherwood Auto, and if I have anything to say about it, my kids will be customers. They saved me a couple of months ago from a bogus estimate firestone quoted me, that would've been 1200$ and today I needed to buy a battery, which lead me to and auto parts store and they couldn't do it. “Love Brian and his crew. From the moment I called to the finished repairs I was treated as if my vehicle was the most important thing on their schedule. They worked with me on my payments and treated me with respect. Today is my second visit to finish up repairs. Brian was referred by other mechanics and folks in the auto trade which says something about the integrity and quality of work they provide. I was never talked down to because I'm a woman like some mechanics try. Nothing shiesty about Hendersons Auto. Go say hi to the giant Dane Charley and tell Brian Jerilyn sent you!

Just wanted to revisit my review for Brian & the team at Henderson's. Still #1 in my book and still a stellar 5 star business. Something new & nifty, I now receive an email containing my inspection report with Urgent & Cautionary recommendations for my auto care and no pressure discussion about what services I as the customer want performed. No surprise charges or unauthorized repairs and I have actually saved $$. I also receive an itemized invoice for my records which is so important. I am a huge fan!! I continue to recommend them to everyone I can.❤️ Tell Brian that Jerilyn recommended them”

“My high school son took his Honda(first car purchase), to get service light issue resolved so it could pass deq, etc. J and S Auto was quick to get it in and honest with charge and pricing was extremely fair. They always had time to answer questions, and can tell they aren't there to overcharge or drag out repairs. We will be using them from here on out and highly recommend them!!! They stand behind their work and do what’s right they’re fair and go above and beyond to take care of their customers I will never take my car anywhere else after going to them and seeing the way that they take care of Customer Service if they had six stars, I would give them six out of five”

“Last Tuesday my car wouldn't start with numerous attempts to jump, so I popped over to this Jiffy Lube which I live down the street from explained the situation and they sprung to action. After some testing and waiting and discussion. They were able to get the car to jump with their jump box (embarrassingly I failed at jumping due to some user error I still can't figure out) I drove in and they did some further test and let me know some good and some bad news. With things needing some work and replacement and things that are fine. Through and through I have been here multiple times and each time they were awesome with quick work and even helping me find and decide on good parts and prices. I felt like I was getting full disclosure, even with my ignorance on vehicles. The manager Eva was awesome every step of the way this visit. I can't recommend this Jiffu Lube enough if you're in the area for a quick fix or general maintenance.”

“This specific Jiffy Lube has always been the one I have gone to, my Dad has used this one all the time before his passing & I continue too.
Let me tell you; Austin & Kyl are absolutely my favorite!!! These two are great they both work effectively together are fantastic with customer service, have a sense of humor & are a part of the reason for me to keep coming back! I can say I adore them, these two go anywhere then I don’t know what I would do.

I have been to so many places over the years and nothing compared to the service that JD gave me at the Mercedes Benz of Beaverton! The way he communicated with me, had multiple technicians analzye the car, provided me with an outstanding loaner car free of charge and how he handled everything throughout the major car repair we needed was truly exceptional. I had an opportunity to get the car fixed for a cheaper price but because of the outstanding customer service I was given by JD from the moment I walked in and shook his hand I knew I had someone I could trust who would deliever the best service possible. “What a great experience at Sherwood JiffyLube! Went in for an oil change, but it turned out the mileage indicated my Honda was also in need of some other "fill-ups," as well. I had initially stayed in the car because my small dog was with me, but I was asked if I wouldn't mind moving to the waiting room, as they needed to have someone in the driver's seat. Roger offered to move a chair outside, as it was a nice day, so I sat there with my dog in my lap. After a few minutes, a cool wind picked up and I was just about to ask if I could get my coat from the car when Roger came out and asked if I'd like him to get my dog's blanket out of the car (Dobby's a Chihuahua and I'm pretty sure he starts shivering when it gets below 70 degrees!). Anyway, Dobby and I were both very appreciative of Roger's kindness throughout our time there - though Dobby was probably most thankful for the dog treat!”
