Wonderful staff. The appointment was for my 5yr old daughter who does not like to sit still like most 5 yr olds and all the staff was understanding and patient.

Dr Roland was amazing, he did not rush with the time he spent with me. Rob the optician, took his time on a couple of times I was in getting glasses, mine is a tough fit, he never gave up! This is the place for EYE CARE.

I rode in Uber for a cataract exam which entails getting my eyes dilated. I didn't drive because the last time I had my eyes dilated I had trouble driving. They made the mistake telling me to be there 45 minutes early for the 2:30 appointment. At 2:50 I was still waiting and my driver was due at 4:20. They have no idea when or how long it'll take. They said the morning appointments were late. This really sucks because the transportation cost arount $66 and I can't leave the driver waiting longer than 5 minutes and I have a dog at home that needs to be let out. I adked if they want to pay for the transportation and of course they didn't answer. I ended up rescheduling. A waste of transportation money and time.

Very confusing once you walk in, fine with the paperwork. First question while you're walking, is are you here for a prescription? I dont know? I have a appointment. Long story short, beware of the billing even if you have insurance. Never got my peripheral checked

The Tigard office was closed due to A/C problems, BUT they were on top of things immediately - seamlessly transferring patients to the Sherwood office. As a brand new patient I felt comfortable the entire visit. All staff were friendly and helpful & genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I’m confidently looking forward to scheduling my eye surgery with Dr. Madsen

The front staff people are terrible! I mean terrible. I register as a new patient, get an appt booked a month out, then receive a call a week before my appt with the person needing to leave a message but didn't leave a reason why for the call or their name so I could ask for the right person when I call back & no 1 knew what the message was about because no notes under my profile! So I arrive to my appointment only to cxl it because they wanted to tell me my insurance was out of network so I'd need to pay out of pocket!! Wtf!! That's an important message to make sure the patient gets! The entire process at the LO location is a shit show: from making the appointment to arriving!

Excellent physicians, staff and service. I had cataract surgery and a stent for glaucoma, my eyes are doing fine. Dr.Madsen listened to me and we discussed my options. In follow up appointments I was seen by other eye physicians all of them listened, were friendly, and professional.

Insufficient office staff.I made three appointments for our family for 1:30, 2:00, and 2:30.When we showed up at 1:30, the young lady behind the counter said the first appointment was at 1:00.I said, "that is not what I was told on the phone."She refused to acknowledge the miscommunication; She offered no solution.When she brought paperwork over to us in the waiting area, I reiterated that it was frustrating to be told one time over the phone and then another when we came in.Again, she neither acknowledged the miscommunication, nor offered a solution.Two of three of us were seen.As I waited in the lobby for my family, the same young lady that "welcomed" us came from the back to ask another staff member a question:"Am I supposed to put eye drops in if the pressure is over 20, or does the doctor?"The other staff person said, "no that's over 30!"We won't be back.

The doctors, nurses and all of the support staff including the wonderful admissions professional were outstanding in every way. Really exceptional.Everyone did a great job of making me comfortable and feeling safe.Thanks very much.Looking forward to my second cataract surgery without all the worry I had prior to this procedure.

Dr Kim was superb. I had dry eye issues that made getting a correct lens Rx impossible. Too much variance. He gave me a list of 4 things to do and when I returned, voila! I was able to get a new Rx. Everyone was extremely friendly - Dr Kim and the staff, and I would not hesitate to recommend them for an eye exam.
