Highly recommend! Took my cat in to get a lion cut, and nails trimmed. The gentalman that groomed her was amazing. I wish I would have gotten his name to give him a personal thank you. Staff were amazing. I'll be going back!

Bailey's appointment was canceled on Wednesday due to staff illness. They rescheduled us to Thursday. They double booked her. She was there 4 hours. Usually there 1 1/2 -3 hours at most. The cut was something I could have done at home. She was shaking her ears. Ears were wet, red and had not been trimmed on the outside. The next day her ears were more red and inflamed. On closer examination they looked like hairs on the inner ear had been cut or clipped and the skin nicked. Went to Vet on Saturday. Ears infected. COST $289.00 Our regular groomer is very good, I don’t know what experience this person had. But Bailey has suffered due to LACK of experience and or your LACK of supervision. I also agree they don’t read the cards, now can, they are a mess. We will not be back. To say the least, we are upset.

I love this business. I’ve been taking my dog to self-wash places for over a decade but landed here many years ago because I can get my dog’s glands, nails and misc items done at the same time. I love the groomers, my dog eagerly goes back with them and then we proceed to the self-wash where tubs & towels are clean and ready.
Love the manager here as well, she works very hard to remember every dog, their needs and the customer’s feedback. It doesn’t go unnoticed.
One thing another self wash place offered that I hope will be implemented here at some point (at least a couple) is a way to have a small dog elevated on a grid so we don’t have to bend down for so long, it’s tough on the back. But for now we soldier on because we believe in supporting small business!

Took my pup in today and utilized the self wash. Was impressed by all the options for care items! It was nice that the water pressure and temp was perfect! We had her glands and dremel done and were super happy! The grooming gal (wasn’t able to get her name unfortunately) was great! She asked about a pad trim and noticed I had done majority of clipping prior to come in so she took off a couple hairs. Upon checking out, I was charged $10 for the few hairs trimmed. I attempted to give feedback that it would have been nice to be notified it was extra as I assumed there was no additional charge as nothing is posted about that fee. I was disappointed in the way reception handled the situation. Instead of just apologizing and accepting feedback, she was argumentative and claimed “that its for the labor”. I understand that they have policies, but felt disrespected by her response as I was only giving feedback about clearly displaying/communicating fees. Especially because I spent a good chunk of time trimming before I even got there.

STAY AWAY!!! Traumatized my cat and dog! Poor frenchie ran out of this place when I picked him up, didn’t know why but now know. They try to hide cover up injuries and not say anything when picking pets up. Our poor frenchie had a clear nail cover that is not visible until you start to look closer, because they trimmed his nail way too much. Makes sense why he didn’t want to go on his usual walks and had a hard time putting pressure on that foot. Also our cat came out with clear cuts on his skin that took days to heal and still has scabs and dark skin spots now and again they never mentioned anything. Makes sense why they were rushing me to pay and get out since they were “busy”. I have brought my pets here multiple times and now regret it because I don’t know what else they have done to them and hid from us. They still have the audacity to offer my girlfriend who colors dogs a “job” when I picked my puppy up. Uhhh no! Will be letting our local pet community know where not to go.

The staff is amazing. Each one of them helps make my dog feel at ease, every time we visit. He is a pretty anxious dog, so this helps to ease my mind as well, esp if I leave him for the grooming appt. It is also a fun time if you want to wash your dog yourself! Such a fun place, great prices, and I highly recommend it!

We’ve been trying to find a groomer for our Australian Shepherd Luna for a while now, but have been nervous as Australian shepherd coats can be tricky. Our friend recommended paws for elegance, and we are so glad we tried them. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The groomer, Perri, came out and spoke with us directly, which put us at ease. Pricing is very reasonable and after the visit you get a report card of how your dog did. They also have self wash options with all the supplies you would need for the times you don’t need a full groom. It took about 3 hours, there are restaurants and shopping nearby to kill time. When we picked Luna up she was so happy with the staff she didn’t even notice we were there. We had a great experience and cant recommend them enough.

Favorite place for self-wash and grooming.
People are super nice. Good amount of wash beds well spaced. Room for a person on each side to wash up the dog.
Well ventilated and airy, not stuffy or claustrophobic which a lot of self-washes can be. Can use their shampoos or bring your own. Towels and aprons provided. Hot water for the tubs, or diva hates baths but hot water helps.
Fast and efficient. And it’s located a few door downs to a pet store where you can reward the dog with a treat.

I have brought my young (now just over a year old) Rottweiler in several times now for a nail trim and bath. Netta always knows how to handle him for his nails and makes sure we are all set up for bath time. My pup gets excited just walking up to the door! We will continue to bring him here and have no reason to go anywhere else!

Unorganized and not detail oriented. Do not pay attention to their clients instructions . They called to remind me of my appointment but gave me the wrong dogs name and time then corrected the time with the wrong dogs name. Today, they mixed my doodle up with another and shaved him with a very short guard. If you don’t care what your pet looks like then this is the place for you! They did only charge me 1/2 for their mistake though and he won’t need another groom for 6 months! . Thus the 2 stars. Will not be a returning client or recommend this place to my worse enemy!
