I had a wonderful experience at Proactive in Sherwood. The staff was very friendly and enjoyable. I came in with a back injury/sciatic nerve pain. Andrea took her time to figure out exactly what it was that I needed help with and how to correct the issue. I am extremely thankful for this clinic and the people that helped me along the way. I would recommend it to anyone.

Walking into the clinic I didn't know what to expect, but after I met Andrea & Tyler. I felt comfortable I knew I was in good hands to get the help I needed. After many sessions & months of exercise I knew I was on my way to better me, healthier me . I amnow graduated with all the tools (exercises for mobility). to live my life. kudos , Andrea & tyler

Everyone at Proactive Physical Therapy in Sherwood is amazing. They are patient, explain everything very well, interested in you outside of PT, and just make the PT experience enjoyable. I highly recommend them for any PT needs you may have!

I went to ProActive after breaking my wrist. Tyler and team are great to work with and helped me to gain full use of my wrist. If you need PT in the Sherwood area, I would highly recommend ProActive.

This was my first Physical Therapy experience. I was very pleased with the process. Tyler, Andrea and the rest of the Staff were great. I would recommend Proactive to anyone needing Physical Therapy.

What makes Proactive so great is the people. The entire staff gets to know you and makes you feel welcome and like you are part of a family. They are very knowledgeable and were tremendously helpful in my recovery from a difficult shoulder surgery. Even through the challenges of physical therapy they made the experience one that I looked forward to coming to.

I like proactive physical therapy better than Providence. Andrea is my figure circle therapist. She’s great. She helps me get stronger and stronger and more in shape. I would recommend coming here to anyway. Tyler is a great physical therapist to he’s very helpful and knowledgeable about the body and muscles. Thank you bye

Physical health and movement is key to the well being of the whole person, but I am no athlete. The team at ProActive in Sherwood has made me feel at home, creating a space where joy and hard work come together as they get to know each individual as a person and fine tune a therapy plan to meet specific needs. With their support and expertise, I am learning to live and move again. Highly recommend.Much gratitude to all of you.

Went for several weeks and saw a significant improvement with a frozen shoulder. The staff were all extremely professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this location. Thanks to Andrea, Tyler, Wes, Derek, and Courtney!

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Pro Active Physical Therapy. I came in with a horrible problem, not being able to stretch my arms, hardly able to move my neck without lots of pain. A pinched nerve.With the team of Therapists, giving me gentle guidance and exercises, I’m now pain free! The whole team are wonderful and I would highly & encourage going to them if you have any type of injury!!

It was my first time ever going to physical therapy. I had post-injury PT and back pain related PT. In both cases the results were very good - issues are gone! On top of that, working with the ProActive team has really motivated me to get in better shape, which already shows results, but that's a different story.I worked practically with everyone on the team - Tyler, Andrea, Sydney, Wes, Ann - and every one of them was professional, knowledgeable, encouraging and friendly. The front desk complements the team.I am very happy I chose ProActive as my PT provider. Highly recommend!

The people at the Sherwood location are fantastic. I felt supported in my recovery. They took the time to show me the exercises. I looked forward to going and was sad when my time was done. Thank you to Tyler, Sydney, Wes, Adrianne and Courtney. I know where to go next time I need physical therapy.

This group of Physical Therapists are great. I went in with knee pain and other joint issues. They worked with me to strengthen my knee all the while paying close attention to my back and hip issues. After every visit I could feel progress (and a little soreness occasionally). They were always willing to listen to my concerns and add new exercises to address specific areas. Super friendly and upbeat staff.I really enjoyed working with them and feel much more confident with my knee.

I won’t ever go back to Pro Active for one reason…their billing department. The staff at the clinic is super friendly and helpful, however, they have major billing issues. I keep receiving bills that say ‘30-60 days past due’ even though I just received the statement. They keep blaming their new billing system. Fair enough, but when these issues started to begin 3 months ago, it should have been resolved within one billing cycle. I’ve been told no one can remove the ‘30-60 days past due’ on the statements because that is just the way they print. Receiving a statement over and over that says I am up to 60 days past due is unacceptable and very stressful. I don’t feel confident that this won’t somehow be erroneously reported to the credit bureaus ruing my impeccable credit score for months, if not years. I can’t continue to do business or patronize a clinic that has this type of billing issue.
