Overpriced. Don’t offer a discounted rate for young kids and don’t even know how to issue a refund at their own business.

My family and I were hoping just to walk around and check it out. Just to do that, you have to pay. My son was the only one who was the right age to take advantage of the majority of the activities. It would have cost $125 for our family to enter, which blew my mind, so unfortunately, we did not go in. They do have a little store that you can check out that is free to enter, so we did check that out and get a few pictures. Coming all the way from WA, we were pretty disappointed with the overpriced entry fee. Please make sure you're checking prices before you go to any pumpkin patch.

I recommend going to another pumpkin patch.
I was advised that anyone who goes out back to the pumpkin patch/rides will be charged $25 over the weekend because everyone needs to pay for all the work that's been done. I disagree. If you have no interest in partaking in any of the activities, but your kids do, then you should be charged for your kids and only they should receive a wristband for the activities. Adults shouldn't be charged to watch their kids. Even Granny, who would not entertain getting on any of those rides, is going to be charged $25 just so she can watch her grandchildren. Ridiculous. Total rip off. Definitely not worth it when there are better places to visit that are fair with their pricing.

Way over priced with minimal attractions also parents should not have to pay to supervise their children.

Stopped at the $25 a person sign. Walked around the store and looked in from the outside. Great views and looks like fun. Too expensive for our family 😂

This used to be our favorite pumpkin patch, but now for a family of four it’s about $100 just to get in. :/

Fun for the kids but ridiculous having for pay $25 just to watch them play especially if disabled.

Super cute. We stopped here during our wine tour in the area. We had coffee and cider donuts. And the flowers were beautiful.

I went to this farm for the very first time last October 1st. I wanted to take my two girls (3 and 1 year old) and my sister who is visiting for out of country. The place was very empty when we got there around noon there was no lunch available which was to be expected as it was a weekday. The staff at the front desk was nice. We moved inside the farm and started to play in the inflatable house they had and slowly moved to other activities. At the almost end of our stay my oldest daughter wanted to try a colorful slide (we had seen other parents sliding there before) so we went there and there was one of the “employees” (which looked like a young kid probably family member) at the top so I asked him if we could slide. He wasn’t very happy to see us and once we went up the stairs I tried asking more questions but he made it more noticeable that he didn’t want to talk to us as he mumbled whatever short answer he was giving me. We didn’t know how the slide worked as you need to seat in a tube to go down and it was taller than we expected so my daughter was a bit scared and asked me to go with her. When we sat down in the tube ready to go down I tried asking him again for instructions which he didn’t say anything and we slide down. To my misfortune I wasn’t sat correctly on the tube and my legs were too prominent which caused to hit the ground at the bottom and my feet caught up under the tube, yes my feet blended backwards both of them. Thankfully my sister was still up and didn’t slide down and she and the other employee saw everything and she ran to check on my (he didn’t) I was crying in so much pain and wondering whether my feet were broken. I stayed there for a long while and he still didn’t come to check on us and when he did come by he only asked if I needed ice. I eventually managed to move out of the slide with so much pain and only able to step on one feet and he still didn’t try to help us a lot. My sister had to help me get to the car and then get my kids to the car. We went straight to the hospital because my feet started swelling up to a scary point and at the hospital they told me it was one fracture and one sprain which means I will be unable to walk for at least two weeks.
I keep thinking on the poor level of humanity in that employee and I think it’s sad they acted that way.

$25 tickets to get into their harvest festival where you have to pay for pretty much everything anyway is the type of greed they talk about in the bible. Completely delusional pricing, and they are extremely rude to top it off.

I’ve been taking my daughter here the last couple years and it has been a fun pumpkin patch experience. Plus, they had this new beautiful red barn set up as an event space. That is why I decided to throw a close friend’s baby shower here. When I called in the summer to book the Halloween baby shower, the reservation price was $100 non refundable deposit and that was on top of the wristband prices. If I had known that the space we were reserving meant a corner that was publicly shared with the scooter and bounce house spaces with other guests I would not have booked. My cohost showed up to the venue saying she was here for the party and one of the workers responded, “What party?” Please don’t charge astronomical prices for a picnic table corner, especially if staff is not aware there is a reservation the day of the event.
When I called ahead the month before, I was told that the group price was $20 a ticket for the morning. I told them that our guests would be paying for their wristbands. Apparently the discount was only if we had 20 guests show up and they kept tally for one person to pay at the end. If you didn’t have 20 guests then the tickets were $25 a piece. We were at 18 so I called my husband to come with my daughter to make the discount. It ended up being a pretty uncomfortable situation and I paid at the end and had to ask others to Venmo me back. I was also told on the initial phone call that the guest of honor got in for free, when I mentioned that to the clerk she looked like that was also news to her.
I will acknowledge this is a family run business and that its primary focus is on day to day sales, not party planning. The guest did have a fun time once we were in. Ultimately, this venue has a great potential to have better party rental experience. I would suggest having pictures online to depict the area you’re reserving out as well as written policies for party pricing so there are no surprises. Also, I am unclear why Thursday is considered weekend pricing if train rides and other amenities are not available as they are on other days.

I really wish there was an option for an entrance wrist band and then an activity wrist band. As a parent, paying $25 per person to get in when the kids are the ones doing the activities seems a little outrageous to me. Not to mention that we came on Thursday and none of the food barn was open and several of the activities were unattended and therefore we couldn’t do.

Really fantastic place for pumpkin patch. Only downside is the exorbitant $25 entrance fee.

Blonde lady at the counter is super rude and needs to be coached on her customer service.
