Kaylee at the Sherwood location is the epitome of Customer Service excellence. In a moment of frustration after experiencing a series of errors and miscues (none of which were her doing) Kaylee stepped up and was determined to make things right. She went beyond traditional service and was focused solely on resolving things satisfactorily for me regardless of consequences. Kaylee has restored my faith in true Customer Service and that it does still exist. Sentinel would do well to hang on to her.

It was a pleasure working with the women at Sentinel Storage. We spoke with Kaylee on the phone to make arrangements to store our travel trailer. She was very helpful. After we secured the space, we also worked with Patti, who was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, this has been a great experience at Sentinel Self-Storage in Sherwood.

This company would be well advised to hire staff that have more than one brain cell. Poor communication, renting a unit online was difficult, after hours sales number staff was clueless, they don’t read emails, listen to phone messages, and I had to speak to an owner multiple times about my rate and how I was being charged. When I vacated I gave over 30 days notice, told them multiple times to turn off my autopay, and surprise! I’m charged again. Called multiple times trying to reach someone, they said they had no idea I was vacating. Facility is standard. Staff, management, and processes are sub par at best. 2 stars.

Great place to store my RV, close to where I live and a very reasonable price. What is really convenient is the app. you put on your phone to open gate.
