  A different U Haul location installed the trailer wiring on my vehicle incorrectly, and they referred me to this location to fix it. Sherwood U-Haul was able to get me in quickly, knew who I was and why I was there when I showed up for my appointment, then promptly fixed it for free while I waited (under warranty). Thanks so much for the great service! Highly recommend!

  Installation was done on-time, but upon picking up we were told we owed more money for parts that weren't on the original quote. We weren't called either to approve these extra expenses.
