I have been over charged by u-haul every time I’ve been. My fiancé did the exact same rental as me and was charged $39 and I was charged over $170. Horrible.

Slow rude service, I was given the keys by my truck was blocked in and had to get back in line, one person working the counter and one person sitting in office not helping customers. Girl at counter was very unprofessional and poor attitude who was rude when I wanted her to switch me out keys.Uhaul store was painfully slow, delayed 30 minutes because truck was blocked in, also my scheduled time was changed for some reason so when I arrived I couldn’t use the app to pick up the truck. I’m not sure I would use U-Haul again. Just be good at your jobs, it’s not difficult, it’s literally what you all day everyday, how can you not have this down?!

They are literally the best people I've met in a long time, I was helped by two people that did the world for me. They not only looked out for me they save me money, help fix my hook up to the vehicle but also stayed positive affirming that I was good. I will always recommend them for any type of situation, best uhual place out there.

You have to watch them. They will try to overcharge you. When I insisted on getting a receipt before I left the facility, I was told I would be charged for an extra day for being 5 late. I had to raise a stink about that., b7 hiI have seen ominutesther customers getting upset about their convoluted check-in and drop off procedures.It seems that they have a corrupt culture, operating ith a mission to extract more money

Everyone was really friendly however the gas gauge got stuck, we ended up filling the tank over what we should have and we were still charged full price.

The staff at this location was great. Went online on a Saturday evening, and reserved the van for the next morning. The app would not work when we arrived to pick up the van, so checkout was done manually by the staff. They were great. The online checkout limited how many photos of damage I could attach. It was all mostly small cosmetic stuff, but it would've been better if we could upload all the photos for peace of mind.Van was fine, ran well & served our needs.When I returned it - it wanted me to check it back in using the app. Since it wasn't checked out in the app, it wouldn't allow me to check it in that way either. Clear posted instructions for checking in without the app in that situation would be helpful.Got an email the next morning at 7:14am that it had been checked in. Due to their best rate guarantee, the total cost was only .98 cents over the estimated cost I was told at pickup by the staff. It was nearly $25 less than had been quoted by the website the night before. Pretty cool, especially when I even went approximately 10 miles over the estimate.Always use Uhaul - never regretted it! Thanks.

Apparently they find it acceptable to call customers “morons” after a customer has called to confirm their inventory, made a reservation, and then shows up to find out they apparently don’t carry what the reservation was made for. Instead of finding a resolution, they will belittle you by name calling. I would suggest going to a different uhaul to rent a vehicle.

Caustic management makes for caustic employees. Regularly block emergency vehicle access through the parking lot whenever they're refilling a propane tank. Refuse to park their trucks in a safe orderly manner that does not block other business access through The public parking lot.

Dropped off the trailer after using it for 4.5 hrs on a Saturday (picked up 7am, dropped off 11:30am). Received a charge first thing Monday morning saying I had rented it for 3 full days. Luckily I had taken a picture of the trailer when we dropped it off to show I had indeed only used it for 1 day. Ridiculous management of the location to miss something so simple.Here's the review I gave to Uhaul:As a rental agency, it is a very basic expectation that you record/know exactly when an item is returned. I should NOT have to produce my own proof of return from a photograph or some other documentation because you don't have your paperwork in order and don't record the return until SEVERAL DAYS LATER. The attendant who helped me with the return had a device he was documenting the return onto, and he told me I should receive a receipt 'shortly'. I did not until 2 days later with my credit card charged an additional amount. Required extra time for me to get the extra charge cleared. Lack of meeting basic expectations of a rental agency caused me to give a low rating.

Mediocre customer service at this store. There were three employees on shift, all at the front counter too, yet only one of them was serving customers - and he seemed more interested in bantering with a coworker during each transaction. The bantering was disrespectful especially the put downs and crass language choices. Van rental was filthy too.

This location is extremely helpful, they know what they’re doing, and I have never had a problem there. I do recommend this location. I do recommend putting it on GPS because there is construction going on right now and it can make it easy to miss.
