It is hard to explain what a train wreck this store is. There is no evidence that they have thought about the end user. There are barriers everywhere. Nowhere do they post useful information like their print pricing or their Wifi password. Lines are long, staff is slow. Prices are out of this world for EVERYTHING. Oh how I miss Kinkos!

I was told they wouldn’t be able to ship my item as it was against store policy when I said that didn’t make any sense and I wanted to see the policy that said they couldn’t ship it, they could not find the supposed policy they were referring to, because it doesn’t exist, and still refused to ship.

girl at the front counter charged me $2 for a 10” strip of tape. My “free” amazon return needed to be customer packaged. It was delivered to me in a plastic bag, so I brought a small box with me just in case. The box was formed, but open. She charged me $2 to tape it shut. amazing customer service!

Since I was in the area I thought I would get a document notarized. 0 out of 3 people did not know what they were doing regarding notarizing a document. Unfortunately, I had to drive back to the Murrayhill branch to get the job done. 3 out of 3 notaries there are extremely knowledgeable. Will not return to this store again.

My previous experience at this store was great. Thy delivered my package with care and on time. I’m visiting second time this store. Both times of the customer service line is also great

BEWARE this store is not a UPS location that you can deliver your packages to if you do not rent a box. This store received my package at 12:18pm and charged me $15 “storage fee” when I picked it up at 12:46pm. The “storage fee” was as much as the package itself.
Have your packages shipped to another location.
