“This place and the staff are absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!!! I walked in Serenity vape this past weekend as a complete N00B to vaping. I was absolutely clueless about everything. Tyler, Anthony, and Mike all went above and beyond out of their way to get me situated. They took the time to explain everything to me in great detail and their energy was absolutely awesome! “Had a great experience with a very educated staff by the name of Deborah she was EXCELLENT! Yes I could have easily ordered everything I purchased online but I go in for the incredible customer service like what I received today. She made excellent recommendations based on the information I gave and I ended up leaving with two extra products I had no clue were that beneficial to my exercise journey.
