These guys can't ring you up without over charging you 100% of the time! I need to speak with a manager please the guy running the register was incapable of doing it correctly after 2 attempts and I'm not wasting any more time watching him fail at his job.

If I could rate it a zero, I would. Horrible service, long wait times due to “staff shortages”. You just have to pray you don’t die before your prescription gets filled. This isn’t because of covid - it’s because of awful management.

Go literally anywhere else. The pharmacy isn’t open inside and there were over 20 cars waiting. Unacceptable. If you’re not staffed, don’t offer service. While there are plenty of other good pharmacies in Sherwood, you’ll save time driving to newberg and back. Literally anywhere else.

Horrible customer service. Told me to bring in my packages for the FedEx drop off. After explaining they are very heavy. Waits until I bring the packages to the counter. Then let’s me know if they weigh more than 50 lbs they can’t take them. Thanks this could have been avoided. I will try to avoid this location as much as possible. Also nobody will pick up the phone during regular hours.

It is unfortunate that Walgreens Pharmacy is not able to provide any service, closed for days and no answering phones. I would recommend going to the one in Newberg, don't go the one in Sherwood.

Someone threw a drink against the pharmacy drive-up window over a month ago and no one has cleaned the smudge off the windows yet. Gross! Foot deep potholes in the parking lot. Is Walgreens going broke? Can’t afford any upkeep?

The photo quality of my graduation announcements were less than perfect.
Without hesitation, Britney took it upon herself to make it right. She spent an enormous amount of time and patience to help me achieve the perfect quality. Britney went above and beyond to fix the photo issue - and I’m pretty sure it was her day off!
Every employee I interacted with was extremely friendly, and an absolute joy to be around. Thank you thank you! I hope you ladies have a great rest of your day!!

This place robs many hours of my life that they cannot reimburse me for. I would really love to waste their time like they do with mine! It's literally "putting pills in a bottle" and they act like they're splitting atoms back there! So frustrating!

i have been on hold for over half an hour with the pharmacy. i also used to work here over a year ago, so i know just how disorganized and terrible the management is here. it’s absolutely the worst, most disrespectful, frustrating, and overall awful place i have ever worked for or tried to get my prescriptions from. it’s this sherwood location specifically that just can’t get their stuff together. i feel bad for the high school students who get a job here and have to find out just how horrible, rude, and demeaning the manager is here. there is absolutely nothing good about this place.

0 Stars. I was told the pharmacy would be open on Thanksgiving. I needed antibiotics for an infection. They were not open.
